Follow the simple steps or contact us if you need any help to get admitted! The dedicated office team of The International Swiss School always aims to provide the best services for international students, so if you have any questions or struggle with any problems, you can always contact us via email or phone.

  • Step. 2 Cover the Tuition Fee

    Once you obtain Invitation Letter from the International Swiss School in Zurich it is mandatory to cover your first-year tuition fees as soon as possible in order to obtain Invitation Letter and start the Visa process. The tuition fee should be covered according to the invoice provided in Admission Letter.

    Please note that your Admission Letter will state the bank details to proceed with. Your Admission Letter can be used as an Invoice as well but in case you need an Additional Invoice, the University will provide you with it.

  • Step 3: Obtain an Invitation Letter

    The Invitation Letter provided by the International Swiss School is helpful in demonstrating to the Swiss embassy consular officer the applicant has a legitimate reason for traveling to Switzerland and that they have a place to stay. The Invitation Letter shall include the purpose of the visit, the name of the higher education institution student was enrolled in, a statement from the student or scholar, and other relevant details helpful for making the Visa process faster and easier.

After receiving the documents and payment, we will send you the Invitation letter, Admission Confirmation letter, and Visa Support Letter by courier.

    Note that if English is your native language or if you have EU citizenship you do not need to pass any tests or exams! If you need confirmation of knowledge of the English Language, we will conduct the ESOL Exam in the form of online testing. If you need any help our teachers will gladly assist you with any questions! You will receive the ESOL certificate at your home address from the UK.

  • Step 4: Obtain a Student Visa

    For EU/EFTA citizens. There is no need to get a VISA.

The Schengen “C” visa allows international students to stay in Switzerland for up to 90 days, making it ideal for short courses provided by the International Swiss School. The national “D” visa is required for students who plan to study in Switzerland for more than 90 days. The documents required:

    • Completed and signed visa application forms;
    • Two passport-sized photos;
    • Valid International Passport;
    • Proof of accommodation (such as a document confirming the availability of suitable accommodation in Malta for the duration of the intended stay);
